Florida Congressman Tom Feeney selected artist Lloyd Marcus, president of Deltona Arts & Historical Center, who in turn selected Jenny Shibona through local bead store <br>Flamingo Beads, 1141 South Volusia Ave, Orange City, FL 32763 to decorate the 24th District's ornament for the 2008 White House Christmas Tree.
